What we hold
Your event details, the media you and your guests upload, RSVP answers and guestbook notes.
Who can see it
Only people with your link, and only content you approved. You can add a PIN, restrict to invited guests, turn downloads off, or revoke the link at any time.
Media and AI
Personal media is never used for marketing or AI training without separate, explicit consent from you.
Children
If a child appears in uploaded media, a parent or guardian must agree. Hosts may remove any contribution instantly.
Retention
Hosting runs for 12 months from the event date. You may renew or download a full archive.
Your rights
You can export or permanently delete your event and everything in it from Privacy & settings.
