- Do my guests need an app or account?
- No. Guests open one link in any browser. Accounts are only needed if you require invited-only access.
- What happens to the invitation after the event?
- It is preserved as the first chapter of your keepsake. The same link then opens the recap, galleries, voices and guestbook.
- Who can see our photos?
- Only people with your link, and only what you approve. You can add a PIN, restrict to invited guests, disable downloads or revoke the link.
- How long does it stay online?
- 12 months of hosting from your event date, with an optional renewal or a downloadable archive after that.
- Can we use our own music?
- You can add music you own or have licensed, and you confirm those rights when uploading. A no-music option is always available.
- Which languages are supported?
- The full experience works in English, Brazilian Portuguese and Spanish for you and for your guests.
